Live rates are calculated at checkout from USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Most US orders arrive within 3–7 business days; international 7–21 depending on customs.

Tracking is emailed the moment a label is bought. You can also track at /orders/track.

30-day return window from the date of delivery. Item must be unworn, with original tags, and in resaleable condition.

Email support@rerise.fit with your order number to start a return. We’ll email a prepaid label.

Free size exchanges within 30 days. Same return process — just tell us the size you want and we ship the swap the day we receive your return.

If a piece fails within 12 months of purchase due to a manufacturing defect, we replace it. No questions, no shipping fees.
